Whether you've had a hard day or a hard year, movement is one of the most powerful tools you have to help you feel better. More Me Fusion is a big, warm hug to yourself. It's mindful, slow and designed to help you find your way back to you. You'll begin with a slow, flowing low lunge sequence with beautiful arm movements to reconnect your breath and body. Then move into an All 4s Pilates sequence, the slide and lift mimics what you'd do on a reformer, except here you create the resistance. Close with a short plank sequence, with options whenever you need them.
