Base Chakra Yoga is a class designed to reconnect you to your Muladhara Chakra, the energy centre at the base of your spine, anchoring you to the earth beneath you. As you move through this slow, steady flow, you’ll bring awareness to this space, inviting a sense of grounding, stability and safety. With a focus on stretching the spine, back of the legs, inner thighs and glutes, each posture encourages you to root down, feel supported, and to trust in the foundations you are creating. You'll finish this class with 4 rounds of grounding Pranayama, a reminder of the power of your breath and this practice.
